The American company NEMIX has presented memory for workstations and servers. A total capacity of 4 TB is achieved with 16 ECC RDIMM modules. The specifications indicate a CAS latency of 52 and a speed of DDR5-6400.
The buffered DIMM module has built-in DDR5 correction, full ECC error correction support, and other necessary components. Therefore, the price for this type of memory is significantly higher than that of standard options.
