ASUS has encountered a quality issue in its flagship graphics cards — the GeForce RTX 5090 32GB ROG Matrix Platinum 30th Anniversary Edition.
This became known through retailer reports, who have been forced to notify customers about order cancellations, citing official confirmation from ASUS of a critical issue with this model.
Temporary suspension of shipments
The identified defect prevents the supplier from delivering already ordered graphics cards. Retailers, in turn, emphasize that the situation is “beyond their control.”
Future plans
At present, ASUS is working on resolving the issue and promises to release an updated version, but it is still unknown when this will happen.
