Technoprobe’s 330% Surge due to AI boom

Italian company Technoprobe has become the European leader in AI. Over the past year, the company that employs over 3,000 people has increased its share to more than 330%. 

Technoprobe in the Era of AI Growth 

The company specializes predominantly in probe cards, which are necessary for the test chips that are actually used in devices starting from smartphones to Nvidia AI accelerators. Due to the huge demand for semiconductors, there is also a high demand for testing equipment.

Previously card design was way simpler, and that’s why the market was more price-competitive. However, with the appearance of more complicated architectures such as Nvidia Blackwell chips, there is a necessity for really sophisticated testing. That means companies such as Technoprobe are becoming in higher demand.

Such demand has already impacted the level of earnings. Now the company is expecting Ebitda margins of about 45%, which is way higher than 32% of the last year.

It is expected that in the next report, investors will mainly focus on the capacity expansion. Most of the investors are very optimistic regarding the future of stock rates, and there is a huge potential for future growth.
