When will the memory market crisis come to an end?

Due to the memory crisis, RAM prices are skyrocketing, but manufacturers' main priority remains data centers, not ordinary users.
Current trends in the memory market
RAM prices are rising at an unrealistic rate, increasing by almost 90% in the first quarter of this year alone, compared to the fourth quarter of last year. To meet growing demand, most companies have increased production of high-capacity, high-speed RAM. As a result, general-purpose memory has become even more limited, and prices have risen.
For comparison, a single AI server can use as much high-performance memory as hundreds of ordinary laptops. Professor Matteo Rinaldi of Northeastern University said that significant improvement or even stabilization in the market should not be expected in the near future.
Given the current circumstances, prices for laptops, smartphones, and other devices will likely increase gradually. It will most likely take more than a year to achieve some market stabilization. Intel's CEO believes that the shortage is not expected to be covered until 2028.
