Attention:
A cancellation request cannot be withdrawn directly in the Client Area. If you want to keep or restore your service after submitting a cancellation request, please contact HostZealot Support.

If you want to cancel your current service, follow one of the two options below.

Option 1

1. In the left-side menu, click My Services.
   
2. Click All Services.
   
3. Find the service you want to cancel and click its name.
   
4. On the service page, click Request Cancellation.
   
   
5. Choose the cancellation type: End of Billing Period or Immediate.
   
   

   Note:
   Immediate means that your service will be automatically canceled within 24 hours after the request is submitted.
   
   End of Billing Period means that your service will be canceled at the start of the next billing period. The service will not be renewed, and you will not be charged for another billing period.

6. Select a reason for the cancellation or briefly describe it in the field below.
   
7. Click Submit.

Option 2

You can also submit a cancellation request directly from the service list:

1. Go to My Services and then All Services.
   
2. Find the service you want to cancel.
   
3. Open the Action Menu (three vertical dots) on the right and select Cancel.
   
4. Choose the cancellation type: End of Billing Period or Immediate.
   
   

   Note:
   Immediate means that your service will be automatically canceled within 24 hours after the request is submitted.
   
   End of Billing Period means that your service will be canceled at the start of the next billing period. The service will not be renewed, and you will not be charged for another billing period.

5. Select a reason for the cancellation or briefly describe it in the field below.
   
6. Click Submit.

Your cancellation request has been submitted.
