How long does it take for payment to go through?
Payment processing time depends on the payment method.
Credit Card: Payments are usually processed quickly, but verification may take from 30 minutes to a few hours.
Cryptocurrency: Processing time depends on the blockchain network and the number of required confirmations.
How to add a cryptocurrency TXID to an invoice
If you paid with cryptocurrency, copy the transaction hash (TXID) after sending the payment. The TXID is a unique identifier for your cryptocurrency transaction.
- Open the corresponding invoice in your HostZealot account. You will see the information related to this payment.
- Add the transaction hash (TXID) to the invoice. Make sure you copy the complete TXID without changing or removing any characters.
- Save the information.
The TXID will help us find your cryptocurrency transaction and verify the payment.
Note:
Cryptocurrency payments may not appear immediately even after you send the funds. The payment will be processed after the required blockchain confirmations are received.
