You can invite other people to your Account and assign them the appropriate access rights. The invitation is sent by email. Once the invitation is accepted, the User can access the Account and perform actions according to the permissions assigned to them.

Note:
The Owner has full administrative access to the Account. Their permissions cannot be restricted, and they cannot be removed from the Account through User Management. If you need to transfer Account ownership to another User, please contact HostZealot Support.

How to Invite a New User

1. Log in to your Account, click the User icon, and press Settings.
   
   
   
   
2. In Settings, click User Management.
   
   
   
   
3. In User Management, click Send Invite in the top-right corner.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the User's email address.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the required permissions.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Send Invite.
   
   
   
   

The User will receive an invitation by email. Once the invitation is accepted, they will be able to access the Account according to the assigned permissions.

How to Change a User's Permissions

You can change a User's access rights after they have accepted the invitation.

1. Go to Settings and then User Management (as described in “How to Invite a New User”).
   
   
   
   
2. Choose a User, click the Action Menu (three vertical dots), and select Manage Permissions.
   
   
   
   
3. Modify the User's permissions by selecting or clearing the required checkboxes.
   
   
   
   
4. When you're done, click Save Changes.
   
   
   
   

How to Remove a User's Access

1. Go to Settings and then User Management.
   
   
   
   
2. Find the required User, open the Action Menu (three vertical dots), and select Remove Access.
   
   
   
   
3. Confirm that you want to remove the User's access by clicking Yes.
   
   
   
   

The User will be removed from the Account and will no longer have access to its services or other resources.
