How to transfer group ownership to another user
You cannot transfer group ownership manually from your account. For security reasons, ownership changes can only be performed by HostZealot Support.
To transfer group ownership:
- Contact HostZealot Support by creating a support ticket.
- Specify the group you want to transfer and the account details of the new owner.
- Complete the verification requested by our Support team.
- Once the request has been verified, HostZealot Support will transfer the group ownership to the new user.
Important: Only the current group owner can request an ownership transfer.
