FreeBSD and Remote Reboot
If you are using FreeBSD on our dedicated servers you will have to manually adjust your configuration before it will allow your server to be controlled from CIS. Every newly FreeBSD provisioned server should already have this setting. If it is missing or you experience trouble in any way, follow these steps;
- edit /boot/loader.conf
- Add "hw.bge.allow_asf=1" to it
- Save by pressing ESC, confirmed by "a) Save Changes"
- Reboot your server
Still having trouble? Send us a support ticket and we will get right on it!
