HostZealot servers and IP addresses may be inaccessible from countries where internet access is subject to government-imposed restrictions, filtering, or blocking, including but not limited to Russia, Iran, China, and North Korea.

These restrictions are imposed by external authorities and are beyond HostZealot's control. A server may be fully operational and accessible from other countries while remaining unreachable from a restricted region.

Can I request a new IP address?

You can contact our support team to request an IP address replacement. However, replacements are subject to our standard pricing and policies.

Please note that changing your IP address does not guarantee restored or continued accessibility. A replacement IP may already be blocked or become inaccessible in the future.

Important:
HostZealot cannot guarantee service accessibility from regions affected by government-imposed internet restrictions. Such restrictions do not constitute a failure of our hosting services.
