Everything you need to know about HostZealot

How to upgrade your VPS?

You can upgrade your VPS to a higher plan directly from the HostZealot Client Area. The available plans and prices depend on your current VPS configuration and location.

Note:
Upgrading your VPS preserves the data stored on the server. You do not need to reinstall the operating system or manually transfer your files to the upgraded VPS.

Upgrade your VPS plan

  1. Go to My Services and select Virtual Servers.
  2. Select the VPS you want to upgrade and click its name.
  3. Click Change plan in the menu on the right.
  4. Select the required billing cycle.
  5. Review the available plans, resources, and prices.
  6. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
  7. Click Proceed to confirm your selection.
  8. Complete the payment for the generated invoice.

After the upgrade has been processed, your VPS will be migrated to the selected plan while preserving the data stored on the server.

Note:
If you already have an unpaid invoice for this server, you will need to pay it before you can upgrade your VPS plan.

Can I downgrade my VPS?

No. An existing VPS can only be upgraded to a higher plan. Downgrading to a smaller plan is not supported.

If you need a smaller VPS configuration, you can order a new VPS with the required plan and transfer your data to it.
