This service allows to hide domain's owner contact details. According to international regulation  such details become public after domain registration via WHOIS-services.

Disclosing domain owner's information in public WHOIS database may cause unsolicited mailing to owner's email and unwanted contact requests, because some black-hat companies use public WHOIS data for expanding their client database.

In order to activate this service just check “IP Protection” check-box during domain registration procedure.

Privacy Protection service provides security of client's personal information replacing all public contact details by alternative contacts. But the client remains as owner of such domain.
