Looking to push performance without the bulk? INNO3D has just raised the bar for compact GPU design. The company has officially released its iCHILL Frostbite Pro series, featuring ultra-slim, single-slot versions of the GeForce RTX 5090 and 5080. First shown at Computex in May, these cutting-edge cards are built for gamers, creators, and professionals who want maximum power in minimal space. Now they can do it with silent and efficient water cooling to match.
Both cards are built on the latest NVIDIA Blackwell architecture. They come with a full-cover water block and a reinforced carbon fiber backplate. This design ensures excellent thermal performance while keeping the card size minimal. The single-slot design also includes a one-slot I/O bracket, which is rare for high-end GPUs. It makes the cards a great fit for compact, high-power PC builds.
Designed for Compact Systems and Servers
Thanks to their slim profile and advanced cooling, these GPUs are ideal for small form factor systems. They are expected to attract businesses that use multiple graphics cards in a single server. However, custom gaming PC builders may also find them appealing.
The RTX 5090 and 5080 iCHILL Frostbite Pro models are almost identical in construction. The only visible difference is the model name printed on the backplate. Both run at reference clock speeds and are developed in collaboration with Alphacool for the cooling solution. Pricing for these cards has not been announced yet.
