Delayed release of the NVIDIA RTX 50 SUPER cards due to the memory prices

According to the insight information from VideoCardz, at least one NVIDIA partner has already received the RTX 50 SUPER lineup, but the company has asked for a delay in release.
Insights regarding the delay
RTX 50 SUPER graphics cards are already in at least one NVIDIA partner. Despite this fact, the company has already asked about the delayed release because of the high prices of 3 GB GDDR7 chips. These chips could help increase the video memory capacity without the necessity to expand the bus and change the number of modules.
The price for 3 GB GDDR7 chips is somewhere between $60 and $70. At the same time, the price for the standard 2 GB GDDR7 chip is averagely $20. This can provoke a huge spike in price for the cards with 6 and 8 memory modules.
There are three models in the RTX 50 SUPER series: RTX 5080 SUPER, RTX 5070 Ti SUPER, and RTX 5070 SUPER. All of these models will have 3 GB of GDDR7.
As for RTX 5050 9GB, its release is also postponed. The main reason is the same and relates to the necessity of three 3 GB modules. However, there is no information regarding the exact release dates yet.
