How to change or reset your account password?

If you want to change the password for your account, please follow one of the two options.

Option 1

1. Click the User Profile Icon (human-looking icon). In the menu that appears on the right, click on Settings.
2. In the Settings window, click on the tab called User Settings.
3. In the User Settings, click Reset Password under the Change Password section on the right.
4. Password reset instructions are now sent to your inbox.

Option 2

Alternatively, you can reset your password directly from the main login page:

1. Click Forgot Your Password? on the primary login screen below the Email Address and Password fields.
2. A new window with instructions to reset your password appears. Here, enter the email address you signed up with and press Remind password to send instructions to your email.
3. Now, instructions to reset your password are sent to your email. Check your inbox, find the message from HostZealot, open it, and click on the provided link to complete the reset.
4. The link will return you to our login page. Here, enter your new password twice to confirm it. Press Save and Log In.

Your new password is now saved and applied! You can continue using our website.
