How to cancel a service?

To cancel your current service with us, please follow the instructions:

• go to Services-> My Services and pick the product you want to cancel from a list;
• use a drop-down menu at the View Details button next to the selected product;
• select Request Cancellation item;
• briefly describe your reason for cancellation and pick a cancellation type - Immediate or at the End of Billing Period.

Note that immediate cancellation means that your service will be automatically canceled within the next 24 hours after the request is submitted.
