A service may be suspended for different reasons, including an overdue payment, a violation of our Terms of Service, abuse or suspicious activity, or a security issue.

If your service has been suspended, first check your email and Support tickets for a notification from HostZealot. The notification will usually explain the reason for the suspension and any actions required to restore the service.

Suspension due to an overdue payment

If your service was suspended because of an overdue invoice, pay the outstanding invoice. If the service has been suspended but has not yet been terminated, it will be restored after the outstanding invoice is paid.

Suspension due to abuse or a Terms of Service violation

If the suspension is related to spam, malicious activity, prohibited content, network abuse, or another violation of our Terms of Service, review the notification from HostZealot and take the actions specified there.

Depending on the reason for the suspension, you may need to remove prohibited content, stop the reported activity, secure a compromised service, update vulnerable software, or provide additional information to HostZealot Support.

Once the issue has been resolved, reply to the corresponding Support ticket and provide any requested information. The service can be restored after the issue has been reviewed and the reason for the suspension has been resolved.

What if I do not know why my service was suspended?

If you cannot find a notification explaining the suspension or are unsure what action is required, please contact HostZealot Support. Provide the affected service details so our team can check the reason for the suspension and advise you on the next steps.

Do not ignore a suspended service. If the issue is not resolved within the required period, the service may be terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
