AMD announced the RX 9000 series of graphics cards, which will be based on the AMD RDNA 4 architecture.
Details on the Radeon RX 9050
The GPU is reported to feature 8 GB of GDDR6, 2,048 stream processors, and a base clock speed of 1,920 MHz, with a boost clock of 2,600 MHz.
Most likely, the RX 9050’s specifications will be very similar to those of the RX 9060 XT, except for differences in memory configuration. The RX 9050 will also feature higher clock speeds than the RX 9060. The new model will feature 8 GB of GDDR6 on a 28-bit bus with an approximate speed of 18 Gbps, and the bandwidth will be around 288 GB/s.
When comparing the clock speeds of the RX 9060 XT and the RX 9060, the new model will be slower. According to publicly available information, the power supply requirement will be around 450 W, and the TDP will be 130 W.
